The reproductions of much of the existing trade editions of A Shadow Falls and On This Earth can and should be a lot better than they are. The printing of the photos in this Artist's edition, supervised by the photographer, for the first time closely matches the rich velvety tonality and detail of the original prints, and, especially in the case of On This Earth, in a larger size than seen before.
